Training types and costs

Training sessions are offered throughout the week in swim, bike, run and strength. CCTS provide coached and social training sessions. There are also partner training sessions where CCTS have partnered with businesses in the Casey Cardinia area to cover all the athletes needs. Check the calendar under ‘Training’ for more information, all sessions will be coded with the type so you know which is what.

Coached Coached training requires a CCTS members click card. Buy these from the coaches and have them clicked off every session. This allows us to covers costs- eg. swim lane hire. On the calendar as ‘Coached’ ADULTS: $80 for 10 sessions

CHILD (under 16): $50 for 10 sessions

Social training These are organised by CCTS but are not coached sessions. An example is the Saturday morning bike ride.  On the calendar as ‘Social’. Social training do not require a CCTS members click card, however they may have additional costs, like entry to the pool or coffee money.
Partner training Complimenting our coach team, our Partners offer a range of skills to support the athlete. On the calendar as ‘Partner’ These sessions are ran by our partners and may include additional costs.

MEMBERS BENEFITS for Garfield rides: Wear any CCTS kit for a chance to win your end of ride coffee.


Rides are most weekends from Garfield with optional distances. They are ‘no drop’ unless otherwise specified. Be ready to leave at the time specified (ie. If the advertised ride is ‘leaving 6am’, plan to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare).

Ensure you have all the necessary road cycling equipment and your bike is road worthy (ie. serviced regularly). Suggested equipment: front & back lights, repair kit, spare tubes, Road ID*, helmet, nutrition and mobile phone.

*Road ID: Please ensure your emergency contact details are on you and are provided to CCTS prior to riding with us.
